Wednesday, January 10, 2018: Stop using outdated software. Your data deserve better.
Monday, January 8, 2018: There are at least 300 different protocols you can use to create a sample for Next-Gen-Seqencing. What do you want to do?
Thursday, November 2: Cross-Site Comparison of Ribosomal Depletion Kits for Illumina RNAseq Library Construction
Tuesday, October 24, 2017: CRISPR Amplicon sequencing has been available all summer in limited batches as we worked out how to do it on robots in high throughput mode. We are now open for business. If you have 96 or only 12 to check, send us an email and we can do deep sequencing cheaply within a week. No need to clone or select primers. We do all that and give you plenty of reads per sample.
Summer 2017: Just because it isn’t listed on our website does not mean we won’t try it. We have the Oxford Nanopore minION which we will show you how to purchase and use. We’ll make the libraries and send to a PacBio for ultra-long reads. And you cannot come up with a project that we have not tried on the Illumina platforms. New Bioinformatics pipelines, Chip-Seq, RNA-Seq, expression levels from excruciatingly small amounts of starting material including single-cell. Stop on by and tell us what you want to try out.
