List of DD genes

107 known genes isolated by diffferential display (DD) comparisons of normal breast epithelial cells and metastatic breast tumor cell line MDA-MB-435. The normal cells were cultured breast epithelial cells (76N} and sorted normal breast myoepithelial and luminal epithelial cells. Tumor- and normal-specific genes are indicated.
