"Inside the Institute/CFAR" = pricing schedule if your lab is inside
DFCI or your lab is a member of
the Center for AIDS Research grant. (If you are
unsure, then likely you are outside the Institute)
"Outside the Institute" = Basically, if you cannot pay for the
service on a DFCI cost center number
you are "Outside the Institute"
