The Genomics core has added an extensive amount to our Bioinformatics and NGS Library Prep. The details are long. The short story is that we now do both.
We have worked with the Dana-Farber Center for Functional Cancer Epigenetics (CFCE) and now have a complete Bioinformatics pipeline for ChIP-Seq and RNA-Seq. You obtain reports of your run and how it aligned the day after it is run. These reports quickly Q/C the run. Custom bioinformatics for just about anything you want to do is also available.
Same deal with the library preps. Continue making them but if you want to try FFPE, vanishingly small amounts of starting material, or an exotic primer ligation we can likely do the library prep for you.
[UPDATE] Watch for new changes in library prep by April 1, 2015.[UPDATE] October 22, 2015; We now can do all library preps. Low input, RNA, FFPE, your dog’s paw sweat.Email Zach Herbert to get started.
